PULSE Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Distribution Officer to join our team in Seminyak. As an Assistant Distribution Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from our warehouse to our customers. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods.,Assist in the planning and execution of distribution schedules to meet customer demands.,Monitor and report on inventory levels, sales, and distribution performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution operations.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff in distribution roles.,Collaborate with the distribution team to identify and implement process improvements.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
