CV Astrid Unggul is looking for a dedicated Assistant Learning Development to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Learning and Development department in creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with trainers and employees to ensure effective delivery of training sessions.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify training requirements.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.,Assist in the administration of learning and development activities, including registration and follow-up.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
