📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
- Lead a team of CNC operators and technicians, ensuring efficient and safe operation of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC machines and programming.
- Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement new manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Proficiency in CNC programming software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Mastercam.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
