📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in promotional activities and events to boost sales.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
