KINETIC Berjaya is seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Tax Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing tax advisory services to our clients. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their tax needs and provide strategic advice to help them optimize their tax positions. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide tax advisory services to clients, helping them understand and optimize their tax positions.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Conduct tax planning and analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
