• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure high standards of excellence.

• Implement and optimize operational processes using tools like SAP and other enterprise resource planning systems.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving business performance.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other enterprise resource planning systems.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management discipline is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
