PT Ratu Dwi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Banquet Staff to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the banquet operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong leadership ability to manage a team of banquet staff effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.,Manage and motivate a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure that food and beverage needs are met.,Ensure that all banquet events are executed according to the company's standards and policies.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and other relevant information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banquet operations.,Ensure that all banquet staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a high-end or upscale setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and staff at all levels.,Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with banquet software and technology is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.,Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
