📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules, costs, and quality to ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements.,Develop and implement production plans, work orders, and schedules to meet production goals.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing production teams.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in production management.
