In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the stores, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the stores are clean and well-maintained.,Train and mentor junior store administrators to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.,Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise in the stores.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the stores are operating within budget.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new store initiatives and improvements.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a store administration or similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
