📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and mentor junior store administrators to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and activities.,Implement and enforce inventory control systems to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to train and develop team members.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
