• Coordinate and manage daily delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using SAP and JDE, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Work with the delivery team to optimize routes and reduce delivery times.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all delivery activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field, with a focus on delivery operations.
• Proven experience with SAP and JDE inventory management systems.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.
