📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to modernize cooperative practices, focusing on financial literacy, digital banking, and financial education.
• Manage and supervise cooperative staff, ensuring they adhere to modern cooperative principles and best practices.
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops with cooperative members to promote financial inclusion and digital literacy.
• Monitor and evaluate cooperative performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including banks, fintech companies, and government agencies, to enhance cooperative services.
• Ensure compliance with cooperative laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Provide training and support to cooperative members, helping them navigate modern financial services.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the cooperative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooperative management, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cooperative principles, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and cooperative management systems like Cooperative Software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
