As a Plating Process Engineer at Amlex Technology, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plating processes that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and optimize plating processes using advanced electroplating techniques.
- Conduct research and development to improve plating quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure plating solutions meet customer specifications.
- Monitor and maintain plating equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electroplating technology and industry trends.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on plating processes and equipment.
- Contribute to the development of new plating technologies and innovations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plating processes and electroplating technology.
- Proficiency in using plating software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Certification in electroplating processes or related fields is a plus.
- Strong understanding of quality control and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
