CV Ekspresi Hasta is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the branch from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can drive the success of our branch and contribute to the overall growth of CV Ekspresi Hasta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, representing the company professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.,Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
