Code Pro Jaya is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic consulting and personalized service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our products and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
