📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating hospital operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.,Support the operations manager in planning, organizing, and controlling daily activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Provide administrative support to the operations team.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of hospital operations and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
