📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts.,Maintain and organize the bakery equipment and ingredients to ensure smooth operations.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.,Assist in creating new recipes and menu items based on customer feedback and market trends.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members on baking techniques and food safety practices.,Ensure that all bakery products meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the bakery's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
