In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective networking and lead generation.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the property market.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and other relevant documents.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and client engagement strategies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and other relevant networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or client engagement roles within the property or real estate industry.,Strong understanding of the local property market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance metrics.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
