📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and leading the team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.,Coordinate team activities, projects, and tasks to meet company goals and deadlines.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Handle team communications, both internally and externally, to maintain a positive work environment.,Support the Captain in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.,Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
