In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related issues.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
