📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Handle front desk transactions, including check-in, check-out, and billing.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, as needed.
  • Provide information about local attractions and services.
  • Monitor front desk operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
