PT Property Abadi is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and submit financial reports and other operational reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.
