In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.,Monitor client accounts to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Conduct regular client meetings to discuss service performance and address any concerns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.,Provide regular reports to management on client account performance and sales progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare services and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
