📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Oversee the payroll process, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
