📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the motor outlet, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet meets all sales targets and performance metrics.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of motorcycles to ensure they are in good condition.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Promote and sell motorcycles and related products to customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive or retail industry.,Proven track record of managing a motor outlet or similar business.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of motorcycles and related products is a plus.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to use basic computer software and tools for inventory and sales tracking.
