📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen job applicants through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure a competitive recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry developments to continuously improve recruitment processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
