HAVEN Ekspansindo is looking for a Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.,Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and control access to the property.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of hotel management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality.
