📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products,Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce stockouts,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective supply chain operations,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools, such as ERP, WMS, and TMS systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve supply chain performance,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus,Experience in managing and optimizing supply chain operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
