📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain flotation cells and related equipment to ensure efficient mineral separation.
- Monitor and adjust flotation parameters to optimize mineral recovery and grade.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of flotation equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve flotation processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and record equipment performance data.
- Assist in training and mentoring new operators.
- Participate in shift work and on-call duties as required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Flotation Operator or similar role in the mining industry.
- Knowledge of flotation processes and equipment, including flotation cells, pumps, and valves.
- Familiarity with mineral processing software such as AutoCAD, SIMULOG, or similar.
- Understanding of safety procedures and environmental regulations in the mining industry.
- Ability to work in a team and follow shift schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
