📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant insights.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, recommending actionable strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on data-related projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in data analysis or related fields are a plus.
