📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide medical assistance, advice, and support to passengers, including children, elderly, and those with special needs.
• Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our passengers' needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.
• Assist in the management of our First Aid Kit and ensure it is stocked and maintained according to regulations.
• Conduct regular health screenings and provide medical advice to passengers.
• Assist in the organization and execution of medical emergencies, including the coordination of ambulance services and hospital transfers.
• Provide information and advice on travel health, including vaccinations, medications, and health precautions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all medical incidents and assistance provided.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with a relevant degree and certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer service or travel-related environment.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
