📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the finance team in the processing of invoices, payments, and receivables.
• Conduct research and analysis on financial trends, market conditions, and industry developments.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against these plans.
• Support the finance team in the implementation of financial systems and processes, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
