In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members, while also leading a group of stores to ensure operational excellence.

As an HR Trainer & Store Group Leader, you will work closely with the HR department and store managers to design and implement training initiatives that align with our company's goals and values. You will conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to help employees develop their professional and personal growth.

In addition to your training responsibilities, you will oversee a group of stores, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets. You will collaborate with store managers to develop store-specific training programs and implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to support employee development.
• Lead a group of stores, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with store managers to develop store-specific training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet the needs of the team and contribute to overall business goals.
• Implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR training and retail operations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR training and development, with a focus on retail or a similar industry.
• Certification in HR training and development or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of stores.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to plan and execute training programs.
• Proficiency in using HR management software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
