We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to join our team in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving market expansion for fresh produce by managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow our market share. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your ability to analyze data and identify emerging trends will be instrumental in shaping our future strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop key accounts in the agribusiness and fresh produce sectors.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Monitor and report on account performance and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product offerings meet customer requirements.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products.
• Provide regular updates to management on account progress and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the agribusiness sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
