📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies for the procurement and maintenance of advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that equipment is aligned with production goals and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of new equipment and technologies to identify their potential benefits and drawbacks.
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime and maintain productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements for our manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our manufacturing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing equipment engineering or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing manufacturing equipment projects.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, CNC machines, and automated manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MATLAB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other relevant quality management systems are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international teams.
