📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze farm performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize farm productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular farm visits to assess performance and provide guidance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a related role.
- Proven track record of improving farm performance and productivity.
- Strong knowledge of agribusiness operations and best practices.
- Certification in farm management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using farm management software such as AgriSoft, FarmLogs, or similar.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
