As our Inventory Staff, you will work closely with our procurement and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize waste, and support our Just-In-Time production processes. You will use our inventory management system, SAP, to track stock levels, manage orders, and generate reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished products using SAP.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Work with procurement team to manage orders and reorder points for raw materials.
• Support production team by ensuring materials are available when needed for Just-In-Time production.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Proficient in using SAP for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and processes.
• Knowledge of packaging industry is a plus.
